Payment
All amounts stated on the website are in Danish kroner (DKK), including VAT and excluding delivery costs.
AMAÍA Pilates accepts online payments with; Dankort, Visa/Dankort, Visa, Mobilepay Online. We do not apply any transaction fees to your purchase.
Payment for the order will not be debited from your account until the item is shipped, unless otherwise agreed or stated in your order.
AMAÍA Pilates uses a secure payment server that encrypts all information, meaning the connection is completely secure.
Delivery
We only deliver goods within Denmark. The delivery time for your order is usually 1-3 business days. For orders placed on weekends and public holidays, the item will be shipped on the first business day. For orders placed on weekdays before 12:00 PM, the item will be shipped the same day.
Should there be an extended delivery time in special cases, we will notify you by email.
We deliver to private addresses in Denmark – but not to the Faroe Islands and Greenland.
All goods are delivered with PostNord.
Returns and right of withdrawal
There is a 14-day full right of return for goods purchased on our webshop.
The period is calculated from the day you receive your order. Any return costs are at your own expense, as is the choice of carrier.
Withdrawal must be reported to us no later than 14 days after purchase, and from the withdrawal, the order must be in our possession no later than 14 days after you have informed us of your use of the right of withdrawal.
The notification must be given to us by email, where you must clearly state that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal.
It is up to AMAÍA Pilates to assess the condition of the item. If the item has been used beyond what is necessary to determine its nature, characteristics, and function, it is considered used and of diminished value. This means that upon withdrawal from the purchase, you will receive a smaller part or none of the purchase amount back.
Right of complaint
In accordance with Danish sales law, a 2-year right of complaint is granted for products. Complaints apply to defects in material and/or manufacturing.
Complaints must be reported to AMAÍA Pilates within a reasonable time after receipt of the item. One month is considered a reasonable time here, unless otherwise agreed.
Complaints do not apply to errors or damage caused by incorrect operation of the product.
AMAÍA Pilates covers reasonable return costs. We do not accept packages sent COD.

Personal Data Policy
When you purchase an item and provide the information yourself, we receive customer data. As data controller, we process your personal data securely and confidentially. Your personal data will only be used and stored for the purposes for which they were collected.
We use third parties to process some of our information, including in our freight handling, which is not developed by AMAÍA Pilates. We have entered into data processor agreements with our partners as a guarantee that they comply with applicable rules on the protection of personal data.
Complaint options
You can send us an email if you want to get in touch with us, have questions, or want to file a complaint.
If you have a complaint and we cannot find a solution together, you can use one of the following options to complain:
• Center for Complaint Resolution, via the complaint portal at Nævnenes Hus. Go to complaint portal.

• If you are a consumer residing in another EU country, you can submit your complaint in the EU Commission's online complaint portal. Go to EU complaint portal.
