Returns Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving the last item in your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

You can request a return or cancel your order through your customer account.

Order cancellation is free of charge if you contact us before your order has been dispatched.

Please note that you are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Returned items must be sent directly to the following address (i.e. not to a parcel locker or pickup point):

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item, so that we can assess the issue and make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to ensure you receive the item you want is to return the item you have received and place a new, separate order for the desired item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your returned item and let you know whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
