Return Policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from receiving the last item in your order to return your item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must be unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You must also provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
You can request a return or cancellation through your customer account.
You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, and the return must be sent directly to the address below (i.e., NOT to a parcel locker or collection point).

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. The fastest way to ensure that you get the item you want is to return the item you have received and place a new, separate order for the desired item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your returned item and inform you whether the refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
