Payment

All prices displayed on the website are stated in Danish Kroner (DKK), including VAT and excluding shipping costs.

AMAÍA Pilates accepts online payments with Dankort, Visa/Dankort, Visa, and MobilePay Online. No transaction fees are charged on purchases.

Payment for your order will only be withdrawn from your account when the item has been dispatched, unless otherwise agreed or stated in your order.

AMAÍA Pilates uses a secure payment server that encrypts all information, ensuring a completely secure connection.

Delivery

We only deliver goods within Denmark.

The standard delivery time for your order is 1–3 business days. Orders placed during weekends and public holidays will be dispatched on the next business day. Orders placed on weekdays before 12:00 PM will be shipped the same day.

Should there be any exceptional delays in delivery, we will notify you by email.

We deliver to private addresses in Denmark, excluding the Faroe Islands and Greenland.

All goods are shipped via PostNord.

Returns and Right of Withdrawal

A full 14-day return policy applies to products purchased through our webshop.

The period is calculated from the day you receive your order. Any return shipping costs must be covered by you, and the choice of carrier is at your own discretion.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us no later than 14 days after purchase. The returned item must then reach us no later than 14 days after you have informed us of your decision to withdraw from the purchase.

Notification must be sent by email to info@amaiapilates.dk, clearly stating that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal.

AMAÍA Pilates reserves the right to assess the condition of the returned item. If the item has been used beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and functionality, it will be considered used and of diminished value. This means that, in the event of cancellation, you may receive only a partial refund or no refund at all.

Complaints and Warranty Claims

In accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act, a 2-year warranty applies to products. The warranty covers defects in materials and/or manufacturing.

Any complaint must be submitted to AMAÍA Pilates ApS within a reasonable period after discovering the defect. One month is generally considered a reasonable period unless otherwise agreed.

The warranty does not cover defects or damage caused by incorrect use of the product.

AMAÍA Pilates ApS will cover reasonable return shipping costs in connection with approved warranty claims.

We do not accept parcels sent cash on delivery (COD).

Privacy Policy

When you purchase products and provide your information, we collect customer data. As the data controller, we process your personal information securely and confidentially. Your personal information is only used and stored for the purposes for which it was collected.

We use third-party service providers to process certain information, including our shipping management systems, which have not been developed by AMAÍA Pilates ApS. We have entered into data processing agreements with our partners to ensure compliance with applicable data protection regulations.

Complaints Procedure

You may contact us at info@amaiapilates.dk if you wish to get in touch with us, have any questions, or would like to submit a complaint.

If you have a complaint and we are unable to reach a satisfactory solution together, you may submit your complaint through one of the following channels:

• The Danish Centre for Complaints Resolution via the complaint portal operated by Nævnenes Hus.
• The Danish Centre for Complaints Resolution, Nævnenes Hus, Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg, Denmark.
• If you are a consumer residing in another EU country, you may submit your complaint through the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform.
