Payment, Returns, Warranty Claims and Privacy
Payment
All prices displayed on the website are stated in Danish Kroner (DKK), including VAT and excluding shipping costs.
AMAÍA accepts online payments via Dankort, Visa/Dankort, Visa, and MobilePay Online. No transaction fees are charged on purchases.
Payment for your order will only be withdrawn from your account once the item has been dispatched, unless otherwise agreed or specified in your order.
AMAÍA uses a secure payment server that encrypts all information, ensuring that the connection is completely secure.
Returns and Right of Withdrawal
A full 14-day return policy applies to products purchased through our webshop.
The return period begins on the day you receive your order. Any return shipping costs are your responsibility, and you may choose your preferred carrier.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us no later than 14 days after receiving your order. Once you have notified us, the returned item must be received by us within 14 days.
Notification must be sent by email to info@amaiapilates.dk, clearly stating that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal.
AMAÍA reserves the right to assess the condition of returned items. If an item has been used beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and functionality, it will be considered used and of diminished value. In such cases, you may receive only a partial refund or no refund at all.
Warranty Claims
Under the Danish Sale of Goods Act, all products are covered by a 2-year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.
Any warranty claim must be submitted to AMAÍA Pilates ApS within a reasonable period after the defect has been discovered. A period of one month is generally considered reasonable unless otherwise agreed.
The warranty does not cover defects or damage resulting from misuse, improper handling, or incorrect operation of the product.
AMAÍA Pilates ApS will cover reasonable return shipping costs related to approved warranty claims.
We do not accept parcels sent cash on delivery (COD).

Privacy Policy
When you purchase a product and provide your personal information, we receive customer data. As the data controller, we process your personal information securely and confidentially. Your personal information is only used and stored for the purposes for which it was collected.
We use third-party providers to process certain information, including our shipping and logistics systems, which are not developed by AMAÍA Pilates ApS. We have entered into data processing agreements with our partners to ensure compliance with applicable data protection laws and regulations.

If you have a complaint and we are unable to resolve the matter together, you may submit your complaint through one of the following channels:
- The Danish Centre for Complaints Resolution (Center for Klageløsning) via the complaint portal operated by Nævnenes Hus.
- The Danish Centre for Complaints Resolution (Nævnenes Hus), Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg, Denmark.
- If you are a consumer residing in another EU country, you may submit your complaint through the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform.
