Shipping Policy

We currently only ship within Denmark.

The standard delivery time for your order is 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekdays before 12:00 PM (CET) are typically dispatched the same day.

We normally ship orders Monday through Friday.

Please note that we do not dispatch parcels on:

• Weekends
• Public holidays
• Bridge days (weekdays between a public holiday and a weekend)

Example:
If a public holiday falls on a Thursday, parcels will not be dispatched on the Friday between the holiday and the weekend.

Orders placed on these days will be processed and shipped on the next regular business day.

Please note that delivery times may be longer during public holidays and holiday periods.

In the event of an exceptional delay, we will notify you by email.

We deliver to private addresses within Denmark, excluding the Faroe Islands and Greenland.

All orders are shipped via PostNord, DAO, or GLS.

Shipping to Bornholm, the Faroe Islands, and Europe We normally only deliver within Denmark (excluding the Faroe Islands and Greenland). If you would like shipping to Bornholm, the Faroe Islands, or other European countries, please feel free to contact us at info@amaiapilates.dk. We will be happy to find a solution and provide you with a shipping quote.
